Meet George Briones III, Founder & CEO

George for over eight years was in-charge as the Director of Training and Programming for SOFLETE, where he oversaw and led the creation of the human performance team, and training programs for their App and helped build a community of like-minded individuals.

After serving eight years with the Recon Community, he made a dive and took a chance on becoming a human performance coach and making it his profession. He is now running GB3 Athletics Performance and Consulting, where he works with individuals on a one-on-one approach through in-person and remote coaching strategies and techniques using phone calls, texts, emails, and online platforms to communicate on a day-to-day basis. He is slowly building a team of practitioners to help support the individuals from a distance and giving them a human performance team they can turn to throughout their journey with GB3 Athletics.

With 12+ years of experience working with the human performance community. He coaches and works with a wide range of individuals with specialties ranging from traditional strength and conditioning, weightlifting, strength sports, functional fitness sports, endurance sports (short to ultra distance), combat sports, tactical professionals (operation readiness, selection preparation, and military endurance events - Best Ranger and Recon Challenge) and youth sports performance to the general population.

George is passionate about helping humans achieve their highest potential and reach their goals with a complete 360-degree approach to health and wellness that boost performance. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Psychology with emphasis on Performance Psychology and now he is in pursuit of his Master of Arts in English and Education.
